  • Reservation information from lodging platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com)
  • History of advances and payments at FundKapital

  • Session data and activity on the platform

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes:

  • Create and manage your FundKapital account
  • Verify your identity (KYC - Know Your Customer process)
  • Assess your risk profile for advance approval
  • Process and deposit requested advances
  • Manage collections and payments derived from advances
  • Sync reservation information from connected platforms
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Handle support requests and inquiries

Secondary purposes:

  • Send marketing communications and promotions (with your consent)
  • Conduct studies and statistical analysis to improve our services
  • Share offers for products or services from business partners

4. Data Transfers

FundKapital may transfer your personal data to the following third parties, without requiring your consent, in accordance with Article 37 of the LFPDPPP:

  • Banking institutions and payment processors to carry out deposits and collections
  • Competent authorities when required by law or judicial process
  • Credit information companies for credit history consultation and reporting

With your consent, we may transfer data to:

  • Lodging platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) for reservation synchronization
  • Technology service providers that assist us in operating the platform

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise these rights, send your request to:

Your request must include: full name, registered email address, a clear description of the data for which you wish to exercise your rights, and a copy of your official identification. We will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days.
